L’OLIVETA

Our company hosts an olive grove consisting of 2000 plants of typical Tuscan varieties. The olive grove has been divided into zones; in our fields, you can find olives such as Leccio Del Corno, Moraiolo, Maurino, Pendolino, Taggiasca, Canino, Frantoiano, and Leccino. Our oil production is based on monocultivar, where only one type of olive is used.

When the sun, at sunset, blankets the landscape with warm colors, it is wonderful to get lost in the fields and observe the plants up close, discovering all their diversity and unique characteristics.

La nostra azienda ospita un oliveto composto da 2000 piante di varietà tipiche toscane. L’oliveto è stato suddiviso in zone; nei nostri campi, potrai trovare olive di tipo Leccio Del Corno, Moraiolo, Maurino, Pendolino, Taggiasca, Canino, Frantoiano e Leccino. La nostra produzione di olio si basa sul monocultivar, dove viene utilizzato un unico tipo di oliva. Quando il sole, al tramonto, ricopre il paesaggio di colori caldi, è bello perdersi tra i campi e osservare da vicino le piante, scoprendo tutte le loro diversità e caratteristiche uniche.
